Tamara started Inner Harmony Colonics in 2020 to help her hometown of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan, start caring more about their poop and the importance of gut health.

Tamara became a colon therapist in a kind of unconventional way.

Her dear friend, a naturopathic doctor, told her one day about this interesting treatment that she wanted to bring into the clinic. There was a profound need and a huge lack of availability in Saskatchewan.

After researching and finding all of the ways it could help people, Tamara dove in head first. She always says, “This helps so many people. Why wouldn’t I want to be a part of that!”

5 months later, Tamara went to school in Toronto to become a colon hydrotherapist, and funny enough, she had her very first colonic on her first day of school!

Over the past 3 years, Tamara has seen a list of unconventional things, from apple stickers to fully unchewed mushrooms to two-year-old corn.
